Sarah Eilingsfeld

Sarah is our deputy director. She is responsible for our project department and coordinates all EAB projects and programmes. During her studies in linguistics and European Studies in Bochum, Göttingen and Krakow, Sarah completed various stations related to international politics and culture. Before joining the EAB, Sarah coordinated the projects of the Berlin-based social enterprise Studio2B for nine years, where she spent the last few years as managing director with a focus on all international programmes in the field of career guidance and vocational education. Her focus has always been on developing and implementing innovative project and concepts, including XR technologies, and on facilitating successful educational biographies - for the participants in the projects as well as for the teams she led. Sarah's passion for professionalism and for the sustainable development of organisations is always at the forefront of her projects, collaborations and the internal development of the EAB.
